Overal, this annual outing is about enjoying memorable night in a luxurious villa and experiencing glamping at the Asha Resort.

Pulau Payung, known for its crystal-clear waters, white sands, ATV and canoe adventure, and picturesque landscapes. It provided the perfect backdrop for the celebration. Feels amazing to finally Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. It offers an idyllic setting for relaxation and team bonding.
Upon arrival at Pulau Payung, the BION ERP team greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. The Women checked into a stunning villa that boasted panoramic views of the ocean. The villa has direct beach access. Meanwhile the Men headed to Asha unique glamping. The glamping tents have comfortable beds for two-three people each tents.
Throughout the outing, the team engaged in various team-building activities that encouraged collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. From figure-it-out game to charades till midnight.
The outing to Pulau Payung is to commemorate BION ERP’s one-year anniversary. That is why the team heard some speeches after dinner. Speeches were made to recognize the achievements and milestones of the company’s first year, and employees were presented with tokens of appreciation using poker card which can be redeemed.
